Strategic Plan
The District maintains and periodically updates a long-range strategic plan.
The Strategic Plan is the District's highest-level planning document. It guides the overall direction of the District through mission, vision, and values statements and policy-level goals, objectives and priorities. The Implementation phase includes tasks/actions required to accomplish the mission, goals, and objectives through the annual budget process.
Both staff and the board monitor progress of the plan over time.
