  • Sewer Ordinance #123 An Ordinance of the Novato Sanitary District (originally adopted May 9, 2022) that modified Ordinance No. 111 and established sewer service charges for fiscal years 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26, and 2026-27. In August 2022, the District Board held this Ordinance 123 temporarily in abeyance for FY 2022-23 (see Board Resolution #3169), then reimplemented it with modifications in March 2023 (see Board Resolution #3180).
