Force Main Condition Assessment
This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites submissions from qualified and experienced respondents to perform condition assessments of three sewer force mains (Bahia Main, Scottsdale, and Bel-Marin Keys No. 5).
Questions and Requests for information and Proposal Submittals must be submitted electronically via email no later than the deadlines shown below. The submission email must be sent to ericap@novatosan.com, and info@novatosan.com must be copied. The subject heading must be “Force Main Condition Assessment RFP”. No verbal or phone call requests will be accepted.

Note: Mandatory Job Walk: A job walk will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, beginning at 9:00 AM at the District’s office located at 500 Davidson Street, Novato. Attendance is mandatory for at least one team member of each proposing team. Respondents should be prepared to spend up to a half-day on the job walk and drive in personal vehicles from site to site.
Addendum No. 1 – Force Main Condition Assessment RFP (Project No. 72403-2023-01)
Addendum No. 1 consists of twenty-four (24) pages, including cover and attachments, and amends the Contract Documents. All prospective bidders are advised that the changes, additions, and clarifications contained in this Addendum are hereby made a part of the Contract Documents and are binding.
This Addendum must be acknowledged with the Proposal submittal. Failure to acknowledge may constitute grounds for rejection of the Proposal.
Addendum No. 2 – Force Main Condition Assessment RFP (Project No. 72403-2023-01)
Addendum No. 2 This addendum consists of two (2) pages, including this cover, amending the Request for Proposals. All prospective proposers / bidders for the above-referenced project are to be aware that the following changes, additions and/or clarifications shall be included as an integral part of the Request for Proposals for the above-referenced project.
This Addendum must be acknowledged with the Proposal submittal. Failure to acknowledge may constitute grounds for rejection of the Proposal.
