Enterprise System Catalog

California law (Government Code § 7922.700 et seq.), part of the California Public Records Act, requires the District and other public agencies to provide transparency about the software systems we use to manage data. This is done through an Enterprise System Catalog—a list of software systems that the District uses to store, access, and analyze information about the public and about matters relating to more than one District department.

The Enterprise System Catalog helps the community understand what systems we use, what they do, and what types of data they handle. Certain sensitive systems, such as cybersecurity or emergency response tools, and certain identifying details may be excluded for safety and security reasons. The District’s Enterprise System Catalog, presented below, is updated on an annual basis.
