New All-Agency Permit Advice Center
In-person consultations every 1st & 3rd Thursday
Novato Sanitary District has joined Novato Permit Connections, an all-agency permitting advice center created to assist homeowners and small businesses in navigating the permit application process.
If you are considering adding an ADU, undertaking a remodel, or starting a commercial tenant improvement project your one-stop shop is the Novato Permit Connections drop-in counter at city hall.
- Open on the first and third Thursday of every month, from 9 AM to 11 AM, at 922 Machin Avenue.
- Representatives from the City, and the Water, Fire, and Sanitary District will be on hand to answer your questions and provide the resources you need to help you obtain your permits.
For projects that only involve the Sanitary District, like replacing or repairing a sewer lateral call or stop by the Novato Sanitary District office.
